Magnolia in Waco is one of the most magical places in the country. It hosts a huge store, a bakery, a garden store, and a lawn to enjoy the nice Texas sun. Chip and Joanna have created quite a place in Waco for people to come from near and far.

I was just at Magnolia with some friends for spring break, and we enjoyed all the sights for two days! We took a ton of photos during our time down there, so I wanted to share the best places for photo ops at Magnolia. If you’re going with a big group or a small group, there are plenty of places to take photos at the site.

Back of the Building Sign

This is one of the classic Magnolia signs that has blown up on social media. However, it’s popular for a good reason! This sign is behind the shop building, and it’s a clean black and white background to take photos in front of.

Once and while, there’s a line to take photos here, but that’s perfect because there’s usually someone there to take a group photo for you!

Garden Shed

This adorable little garden shed is perfect for photos that don’t specifically scream “Magnolia.” Grab a pal and take a photo in front of this shed right by the Garden Center of Magnolia.

Food Trucks (Specifically The Alabama Sweet Tea Company Truck)

Y’all! The food trucks at Magnolia are absolutely beautiful! We loved looking at the signage and design of each of these trucks on the property. You could take a picture in front of any of these trucks, and it would be beautiful!

We absolutely loved our sweet tea from The Alabama Sweet Tea Company (you get to keep the adorable jar it’s served in!).

In Front of the Garden Car

The Magnolia Garden Car is parked in the middle of the property and is perfect for a group photo!

Current Display Sign

Right now, Magnolia’s mantra is: the world needs who you were made to be. It’s on their spring magazine and also in the front of the store. Be sure to check our what sign they have on display in this area, and take a photo by it!

Classic #MilestoMagnolia Sign

You’ve probably seen this sign all over Instagram, but it’s a classic! You need to take a photo by this iconic Magnolia sign. It’s against the silos and close to the bakery.

By the Bench Sign

This was probably my favorite photo op at Magnolia because it’s a black and white background, but there’s so many ways to pose by it. You can sit on the cute stools, stand, or dance in front of it if you’re feeling wild!

On the Lawn

And finally, if you’re anywhere on the lawn, you can get a great picture with the silos in the background! Although there’s no access into the silos, they do make an awesome background.
